I have over 15 years of experience and logged over 21,000 training hours working with clients. I've trained all ages and fitness levels - from teen athletes to retirees well into their 80s. I've trained the Soccer Mom who wants to lose a little baby weight and feel as energetic as she did in her 20s, competitive bodybuilders looking to own the stage, and even the Average Joe who wants to workout just enough to negate his Sunday Browns Beer festivities.

Joe successfully competed as a lifetime Natural bodybuilding athlete in the Men's Physique Division, winning the National Gym Association (NGA) Lightweight Championship at the Toledo Glass Scepter in 2016. Then won the Title of Mr. Cleveland winning the Overall Men's Physique title at the Natural Muscle Association (NMA) Mr. Cleveland competition in 2016, where he was also awarded his Professional Bodybuilding card.
Joe competed as a pro taking 3rd place in the NMA Can/Am Championships in 2017. Remaining natural and competed in the non-drug tested NPC Competition in 2019 and took home a respectable 4th place overall in the Men's Physique division.

But more importantly I wanted to stay as strong as possible because I have struggled with Lupus and another rare autoimmune disease for over thirty years. I've taken Joe's boxing conditioning classes on and off for nearly a decade; I love a good cardio workout. But I never thought I needed a “personal trainer”: I was a college athlete and I'm fairly self-motivated. However, as I got older, I knew I needed to focus more on strength so I started weight training with Joe last year – what a great decision: I have learned so much from Joe about proper form and mobility; and I feel so much stronger and stable in my everyday life. Joe is a perfectionist. There’s no “good enough” when working out. Learn the proper form, do all the reps, don’t ignore your breathing, and most importantly, be consistent! This approach has allowed me to overcome nagging pains, avoid injuries, and to build meaningful muscle mass.
I would recommend Joe to anyone who has reached the point where they want to invest in their long-term health and well-being. If you want someone to tell you how great you are but not drive change, then don’t waste your (or Joe’s) time.
